Mr. D’Andrea is a senior finance specialist with a long and successful track record assisting mid-market companies in a variety of transactions including divestitures, succession execution, acquisitions and finance ranging from $3 to $100 million in value.
Throughout his career, Tony has assisted mid-market companies in a wide range of transactions, including the sale of companies, divestitures of subsidiaries, and succession transitions. He has also been involved in private debt placements, including bank debt, term facilities, lease financing, asset-based lending, bridge financing, subordinated debt, and distressed debt.
As a lead advisor in buy-side advisory transactions, Tony has helped clients navigate the complex world of mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures. He has also worked with private equity clients, helping them raise capital through preferred shares, common equity, convertible debt, and warrants.
Prior to joining the private sector, Tony worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 7 years and TD Bank for 17 years. He also spent 3 years with a boutique M&A firm, Foundation Group. With a Petroleum Engineering Degree from the University of Alberta, a Finance Diploma from NAIT (with distinction), and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, Tony has the expertise and knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Throughout his career, Tony has cultivated a strong network of contacts and has a keen ability to handle complex transactions with attention to detail and a focus on the motivations of all stakeholders.
